Who are you and what do you do?‍

My name is Elise, and I am the Growth Manager here at DixonBaxi.

What’s your story?

I grew up on the Wirral, just across the river from Liverpool, and am the (very stereotypical) middle child of four girls. For the past 6 years, I've worked in numerous agencies of different sizes and specialities, spearheading growth.

Tell us about some of your interests. What are you into?

I'm a huge fan of all things popular culture—films, TV, podcasts, and books. If there's an obscure fact about that random actor in the movie we're watching, chances are I've got their IMDb memorised.

Do you think design can change the world? How?

Design shapes how we interact with everything—products, spaces, information, and each other.

If you could change one thing about the world, what would it be?

I’ll keep it low-brow. BAN CYCLISTS ON THE CANAL.

Why do you do what you do? What motivates you?

Growing up in a big household meant life was rarely quiet and I am a born communicator and lover of collaboration. Working with amazing people with brilliant minds keeps me going.
