Design with optimism at the vibrant, energetic Birmingham Design Festival.

Simon and Aporva headed to Birmingham for the Design Festival to give a talk alongside a host of amazing speakers.

We were thrilled to talk at the Birmingham Design Festival on Saturday. It was a great crowd and a fantastic conference celebrating creativity in all its forms with speakers from all over the world.

We shared our ethos and approach and focussed on four themes – start at uncomfortable, be a fan, design with optimism and reinvent or die. Sharing behind the scenes from projects ranging from Eurosport, AC Milan, Regent’s Place and Hulu. With a glimpse of what we’re developing next.

Coincidentally, it was family day at the Birmingham City University venue, which was so lively with young kids running around the space, in workshops and generally having fun making stuff – amazing to see the next generation of creatives engaged and starting so young.
